Reflection

I enjoyed this class. Sometimes presentation was difficult. I think final presentation is the most difficult, because I couldn't get some good information. Japanese summer was the best presentation, because I knew Japanese summer very mush. Seeing my classmate's presentations is enjoyable, because their presentation is good. I like to see their slides. There are some good information and good pictures. I was very nervous at presentation, because I don't like to speech in front of people. However it was good experience. Making Blog and slides is enjoyable too, because I like making blog and slides. Making speech is difficult. I was careful that I use easy words, because I want to make speech easier to understand.
The good point of this class is group work, because members could be friends. The bad point of this class is that time to make presentation is little. I wanted more time for presentation. I would like to be good English speaker.

Study in China

I introduce about studying in China for 4 weeks. If you want to join this trip, you have to need 8credits of Chinese. We commute to Beijing Foreign Studies University. There are 20000 students and 700 international students in school. It is good for study China. We study Chinese at University in the morning, after lunch we have a time of extracurricular activities after lunch. We can study Chinese yourself or go to sightseeing.

We can learn Chinese medicine, Chinese culture, Chinese boxing, a drawing in India ink, and Chinese musical instrument at extracurricular activities. We can go sightseeing in Beijing. You should go to the Great Wall of China. We can eat Chinese food. This trip may be good experience.

Japanese Summer

I introduce about Japanese summer. I think Japanese summer is hot, and the humidity is high. The temperature is always over 30 degrees in August, so there is long summer vacation in Japanese summer. There are many summer festivals and fireworks displays in summer. Many school districts held Bon festivals in Nagoya. There are amusing store. Many people wear Yukata when they go to summer festival.

Many mosquitoes appear in summer. They are dangerous, because they have many disease-causing germs. You must need mosquito repellent. Popular food in summer is water melon, thin wheat noodles and shaved ice.If you are interested in those things, you should try.

Halloween

I introduce about Halloween costumes. The theme of Halloween costumes is horror. The theme of color is orange and black. Many people wear ghost, magician, zombie, bat, monster, and princess costumes. Recently fairy and vegetables costumes are popular. Children become these characters and visit house, say "Trick or treat!". Then the person must say "Happy Halloween!", and gives some snacks to children.
Why they become these characters? The reason is to protect ourselves from bad ghosts and monsters of Halloween. In Japan, “Kawasaki Halloween parade” was popular. But I think Halloween is not popular in Japan.

Mystery of Pyramid

I introduce Pyramid of Khafre.It located at center of three Pyramids.
Khafre was son of Khufu. This Pyramid made 4th dynasty of Egypt. Khafre means “God of sun”. Kpafre governed for about 25 years.
This Pyramid’s height is about 136 meters. It looks higher than Khufu’s Pyramid, but actually Khafre’s Pyramid is smaller than Khufu’s Pyramid. Khafre was very smart. So he made Pyramid look like.
There are little ornamental tiles at top of this pyramid now.Why are there so few ornamental tiles?Because, many thieves stole the ornamental tiles.

Universal Studios Japan

First we go to Peter pan’s neverland. This is show of Peter Pan in lagoon. Second, we eat carbonara dog as refreshment. It’s carbonara on hot dog. It’s popular.
Third we go to Jurassic Park the ride. It’s roller-coaster. We can see a lot of dinosaurs. And the last….we fall!!!! Then we go to Water World. This is action adventure. This show recreate movie of Water World.
After that we go to Sesame Street’s 4-D movie Magic. We can see elmo, cookie monster, and big bird etc… And experience Sesame Street’s world. After that we go to Holly wood Dream –The ride. This is roller coaster. This is the most popular attraction. We can choice favorite song. We ride roller-coaster with listening that song.
Then we eat Magical Arabian set as dinner at Studio Stars restaurant. Finally we see magical starlight parade. This is lovely beautiful parade!
